to display the figures all words in the following parts must be changed:

chess_display_other.php
chess_display_own.php

Images into images

the developer had made this little bug

then the standart writing in phpbb3 is small letters

I tried it out...Well it has some bugs...As posted earlier i am able to display the images and am able to challenge a user etc but some problems regarding moving the pieces..Somehow i am unable to move the pieces..

yes i am able to challenge a user and am able to see my pieces...Only have issues in moving the set pieces...Dint get much time to fumble around it to be frank

..Maybe there is a way for it too..

when i am trying to play with someone i am taking this message
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Field 'enpassantW' doesn't have a default value [1364]

SQL

INSERT INTO phpbb_chess (white_id, black_id, challenge) VALUES ('2', 60, 60)

BACKTRACE

this mod is totally beta, and its your problem when you install it on a live board...

the mod ist abandoned, beta and not functional...

deinstall all

I got an error when i goto the file chess.php

General Error
Language file ./language/en_us/mods/chess_lang.php couldn't be opened.

What is this is this something i can fix?

the language file is not existent, maybe you have not upload all files.

I fixed that and got an error

getting that error for every phrase move, and also getting an sql error for draw match... refreshing the page gives working correctly , but y am getting those errors for every move ???

If I remember correctly, the author said that he hasn't finished the draw function. That might be why you get that error. I have a working installation at http://advantage.hyperphp.com/forum
