Did you try purging the cache?

Yes off course, after update the mod I purge the cache and refresh the template, I know about that ;)
I thinks the error comes because a bot was looking the tracker at the moment I as looking a report :mrgreen:

Hmm... The index on those lines should be the project id. I will have to look into this further. I have not been able to reproduce it.

I know that this is small bug, how often you see the "who's on line" and at the same time a bot reading the tracker :D
A solution should be : initialize the array with a null value then populate it with real values ?

That array should be populated with all the projects so I would think this should not happen.

The project id that was used must have been invalid, but I do check to make sure the project id exists first. This is strange. Can you reproduce it? If so, could you list the exact steps to reproduce? I have viewed the online page while a bot is viewing a project and have not had the same error.

No, I test it using the "FF agent switch" feature, visiting all project and ticket and never happen again

Thank you Jeff for this excellent mod.

I have done a small change. Currently the list of tickets are ordered based only on ticket creation date. If there is comment posted on a ticket, it will be better to show it at the top of the list, otherwise it is difficult to notice a comment posted on older tickets. The logic is to order tickets based on both ticket creation date and commented date.
In tracker.php line 140, the below code change has to be done.

Code: Select all

'ORDER_BY'	=> 'case when isnull(t.last_post_time,t.ticket_time) > t.ticket_time then isnull(t.last_post_time,t.ticket_time) else t.ticket_time end DESC',
Hope this is useful.

Regards,
Srivats

While I think the tickets should stay in order with ticket creation date and ticket #. A new comment icon can be added to each one to signify a new comment. Like the phpbb.com's bug tracker provides..

I feel that identifying comment icon will be difficult, especially if comments are added for old tickets, where one has to go back to earlier pages.
I found sorting based on last updated/created date easy since we see the latest updated ones on top.

hi, thanks for this great mod.
I was wondering if you could add a bbcode toolbar above the bug description text field. typing bbcodes works too, but it would be easier if i can click-insert them from the toolbar.

Installing on phpbb3.0.6 needs one fix to the first find:

Code: Select all

				<find>function page_header($page_title = '', $display_online_list = true, $item_id = 0, $item = 'forum')
{
	global $db, $config, $template, $SID, $_SID, $user, $auth, $phpEx, $phpbb_root_path;</find>
