Are you going to give a choice of Email, PM, or Jabber notification?

I have found I can use BBCodes in ticket descriptions, so it would be good to have the buttons available to insert them.

The plan was to only have email notification.

I will look into this, but for now I probably won't add them.

Thanks a lot for such a great mod. I'd like to both thank and cooperate with the Spanish translation for this mod. As I am not able to upload files in phpbb.com I've posted at Jeff's site. You can download the Spanish files here:

Traducción al español aquí / Spanish translation here -> http://www.jeffrusso.net/forum/viewtopi ... =21&t=1413

Once again, thanks a lot

Any estimate on when the notification of new tickets/posts will be available? That's the only extra feature I need before I make my implementation of Tracker available to my users.

What I plan on doing is adding a subscribe/unsubscribe link to ticket and project, like the phpbb.com trackers. When a users subscribes they are notified via email. I hope to have this implemented within the next two weeks if time permits...

After adding the projects you need to add permission for user/groups to use the tracker. Goto the permissions tab in the acp and then select either user or group permissions select the user/group and click advanced permissions.

What do you mean change and add sections?

I got some questions:

How do we assign a ticket to the group?
How do we change the ticket's status?
How do we create new Project Names?
How do we automaticly assign the ticket to a group?

Thanks!

I believe in the current released version you just need to look in the right column when viewing a ticket.
EY wrote:How do we change the ticket's status?
Same as above...
EY wrote:How do we create new Project Names?
Through the acp modules
EY wrote:How do we automaticly assign the ticket to a group?
This is not possible, the ticket is unassigned until someone manually assigns it.

You are welcome. :D

Is it possible to move individual ticket replies to another ticket? In trialling this software with a selected group of my users, one user posted some additional information to the wrong ticket, so it would be good if I could move that reply to the correct ticket.

That is currently not possible and I don't have any plans to add it. Sorry.
