This is really awesome!
I've been trying some other portals, this one seems to be an excellent one.

I installed this on my test server tonight. I must say its FANTASTIC! Installed without a hitch. If any portal makes it into the database it should be yours. Once I figure out how to safely remove my old portal from my live site I won't hesitate to install KTVM. Thanks so much for providing this

Will this portal support different themes and can the portal be turned on/off when needed?

Yep. this is really look great, but i have some problems:
1) install part:
1./ Go to ACP > SYSTEM > Modules Mangement > Administrtion Control Panel,
select ACP > General > Board configuration, install the module: "Express news system settings" (in the [acp_board] part)
i don't have "Express news system settings" module, in modx you say "This MOD have 7 modules all"
and in the mod i have only 6.
2) why to replace files like "index" and not edit? i thinks a lot of users make change in this PHP file.
thanks for the mod,
Regards,
uzi.

It is placed here (within [acp_board]):
When you edited code as requested by this MOD completely, you will see it.
About index.php, the original index.php in phpBB3, I renamed it into board.php (you can do same for old your index.php) and removed some statistics in board.php as birthday & who is online because they have already existed on index page. I like the name "index.php" for the portal and "board.php" for phpBB board.
It supports all styles using prosilver or subsilver2 template. You can turn on/off blocks in ACP, not complete of the portal.

I am getting this error at the top of my index page. Otherwise, this is an outstanding mod!!!
-------- error text ----------
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions_counter.php on line 40: fopen(./images/counter/ip.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions_counter.php on line 42: flock(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions_counter.php on line 61: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions_counter.php on line 62: flock(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions_counter.php on line 63: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource
What can I do to correct this?

I somehow missed where the instructions were located. What file name was it under?
I would like to see them, as I have a few other questions as well that may be covered there.
Thanks

There is one thing I did notice. It has nothing to do with your portal, its just a typo within the main install file, under "other notes" its says...
"This MOD was designed for phpBB2.0 and may not function as stated on other phpBB versions. MODs for phpBB3.0 will not work on phpBB2.0 and vice versa."
