In the root folder you have a cache folder. phpBB3 allready have a cache folder.
So what am I doing with this?

What about SQL?
SQL Is done the first time you access the toplist. The toplist mod uses 2 cache directories both should be writeable by the webserver. I'll fix a better install instructions file today :).

No categories will be in 2.1 not 2.0 (this version). Adding categories will create alot more work, I rather have a stable release out before adding a major feature to it and delaying it again ;).

nice one, I'm just testing out this out right now, i'll report any bugs i find in here, can i just say thanks on this great mod you have done a wonderful job so far, and i hope you keep it up

I believe that category request was mine a long moon ago, so can't wait to see this implemented in future versions

BUGS FOUND

1. when running forum in debug mode, and entering the acp => board features

results in this error

Code: Select all

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 292: Undefined index: toplist_banner_resize
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 293: Undefined index: toplist_banner_resize
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 274: Undefined index: toplist_banner_width
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 274: Undefined index: toplist_banner_height
i believe this may be caused by having no default values in the fields, as out of debug mode this works perfectly fine, so i suggest maybe having some default values in there to start, may fix this problem (im no expert)

2. couple of spelling errors bagger/banner in the acp under Maximum Banner Width: & Maximum Banner Height:

3. when adding new site get this error
You cannot add the same site twice.
note: i tried to add these to your bug tracker, but it seems i don't have permission

thats funny because i have

Maximum Banner Width:
Maximum banner width if the bagger is bigger then this value it will be resized or not displayed depending on the banner resize settings. For more information check out this page.

4. more spelling errors, in acp of wich/which, secconds/seconds, allready/already, maybe an idea to do a full spell check on your install file to iron these out

5. when rolling over toplist link in the header, the mouse over text just displays { TOPLIST_EXPLAIN }

i have used

Code: Select all

<a href="{U_TOPLIST}" title="{L_TOPLIST_EXPLAIN}">{L_TOPLIST}</a>
instead of

Code: Select all

 <li class="icon-toplist"><a href="{U_TOPLIST}" title="{L_TOPLIST_EXPLAIN}">{L_TOPLIST}</a></li>
as i use a different theme, but i believe the principle there is the same, this isn't an issue to me as i don't use the "title" roll-over but some users may
