I have changed the background-color there but it doesn't change nothing.. :? Do i have to do something else after that? Update the template or something in the ACP?

That's awkward... try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, post a link to your board.

How can I change the background color of posts. Its just to dark and I want to alter to a gray tone.

I have been able to find the area to change the color when your typing the post, but I cant seem to find the area that governs the background color of posts that have been made as well as response posts.

Can anyone help.

Edit the following in stylesheet.css:

Code: Select all

.row1 {
	background-color: #1c1c1c;
	padding: 4px;
}

.row2 {
	background-color: #131313;
	padding: 4px;
}

In viewtopic_body.html, find:

Code: Select all

<td align="center" valign="middle">
				<!-- IF postrow.S_FIRST_UNREAD --><a name="unread"></a><!-- ENDIF --><a name="p{postrow.POST_ID}"></a>
Replace with:

Code: Select all

<td align="center" valign="middle" style="font-size: 2em;">
				<!-- IF postrow.S_FIRST_UNREAD --><a name="unread"></a><!-- ENDIF --><a name="p{postrow.POST_ID}"></a>
Then just adjust the font-size in the code above.

The style looks great. But I do have a modification question.
Is it possible to change the color of unread forums on the index page and of unread topics when viewing a forum? That would make it easier to spot them.

You can open your CSS and edit the visited link color

Code: Select all

 a:visited {
color:#4F6CA6;
text-decoration:none;
}

I tried that yesterday, but it isn't exactly what I'm looking for.
What I'm looking for can be, for example, found in AcidTech. Links to Forums/Topics with new posts are highlighted yellow, while links to read forums/topics have the default color.
