I just create a simple BBCode but it doesn't work. Thanks for any help to correct it

what is that supposed to do?
you can't put php in a bbcode at all as far as I know.
you are attempting to include css, html, javascript and php all in that one thing.

PHP can't be used in a BBCode if you want it to be parsed.

If you're trying to create a spoiler BBCode have a look around in this forum, there are a number of them.
