I noticed the [spoiler] tag doesn't work on phpbb.
Which bbcode can i use to hide some text? Or do I need to install an extension?

you have to create the spoiler bbcode. they are not universal.

check the forum just below the one you posted this in. do a search for spoiler in that forum and see what pops up.
