From what I have seen the rules are controlled via the ACP (but I may have missed something) therefore unless a Board Moderator also has Admin permissions the answer would be no.

I am not sure that I would want a moderator to be able to act alone in changing board rules - it is something in my view that should be done by an Admin, in consultation with moderators.

Rules are handled inside the ACP. So only Admins can edit them. There is a permission for board rules so different admin roles can have access allowed or denied.

I'm playing with this modification again and I'm beginning to like it, there is just one suggestion. With the current situation you make rule 1.a - 1.b ect I think that I would like it differently like this 1.1 - 1.2 and if there is a sub rule for 1.2, 1.2.a or 1.2.1 that looks much better to me ;)

Another note, I might be doing something wrong, but if I'm not mistaking I can't make a sub rule right now. Something like:

1. Rules
a. Don't make a fight with other member
-- a.1. If you have a fight and you can't solve it, go to a admin or moderator

I tried this on my test board, but it uses only the rule title. and then the Rule message of the sub rule. I would like to use the rule message and then a sub rule message.

EDIT:

I updated the extension from 1.0.0-b1 to 1.0.0-b2, disabled extension in ACP, deleted the files, uploaded the new files and enabled the extension. But the version number is saying: 1.0.0-b1

I think the idea is to mimic the rules page here.

You probably have the right version, it seems composer wasn't updated.
