We have updated our boards to phpBB 3.2 from 3.1.19 and we got this error whenever we award a medal to someone:

I must mention that despite this screen popping up with the above "General error", the medal is actually awarded. Is there anything that could be causing this as we have looked repeatedly and could not see what was causing it. I am wondering if it is a simple issue that could be causing it and I have overlooked it or something.

Could I get some pointers as to what could be causing this please?

This is not related to event medals. Please contact the developer of the extension that you are using for user points or something like it.

Seems like your issue is related to bb3mobi/medals extension.
Try disabling it.

I know it is, I just don't know whats causing it. Something to do with the database perhaps?

Sorry to ressurect a pretty old topic, however, we have installed a new version and we cannot move where the medals are displayed in the "viewtopic.php" file when viewing topics.

Currently it is displayed like this:

Does anyone know where the medals can be moved down to near the bottom?

From other topic & ext but maybe can be useful & working.

You've continued the ext developed to stage u're using & working. Yea?
What u've got in event folder? name the files in it.
Example of Profile Flair:
phpbb-flair/styles/prosilver/template/event/viewtopic_body_contact_fields_after.html
Rename .html file to what u see on pic below to where you want it to be shown
viewtopic_body_...html

Here is a copy of the files inside the /ext/medals folder.

We are trying to get the medals displayed just below the country flag on our profiles...

We have tried everything and it does not work, at one point we even started getting HTTP 500 errors! Our board version is 3.2.1.

Help!

It's already medals_folder.zip\styles\prosilver\template\event\viewtopic_body_contact_fields_after.
