Lightbox extension has been updated to 1.0.0-b3

Download: https://github.com/VSEphpbb/lightbox/releases

Updates:
  • Added independent ACP settings to ACP -> Board features so as to decouple image resizer settings from image attachment settings.
  • Added the option to disable resizing images in signatures (Prosilver based themes only)
Great stuff, thanks for adding the ability to rule out signatures Matt. Just out of interest, Is there anywhere I can see code changes from version 1.0.0-b1 to the current version?

Spot on thanks, sorry I'm not used to github and hadn't noticed that link before.

Edit: Updated and all seems well! :) Is there any way I/we can possibly add an attribute to the images? I'm thinking along the lines of itemprop="image", which would be a nice addition regards microdata.
Edit again: Never mind, I added the microdata in the core 8-)

Would it be possible to have the max-width field accept a percentage to have it play nice with the responsive features?

Also: this doesn't seem to work on attachments?

It's not the extensions you have. It's because it has new settings, and you have to configure them.

I have found only three settings and no combination works for me...

And do you have an example? because from what I can see of your site, there are a few things wrong. First, you set it to a max width of 1024px, which is too large considering that Prosilver's content area is only 860px wide, so you're actually forcing pics to be too large for the area. Second I have not actually seen any pics posted that exceed 1024px on your site. Third most of the pics your users are posting are attachments, which are thumbnails at 400px. So i have not been able to find any pix that would even be affected. Start by reducing the resize image to something like 800px or match your attachments at 400px.

Hi VSE,

i think that is very important to add in the ACP, a check box, that allow us, to delete automatically, the original photo and keep the resized version.

Actually a smarthphone can make a photo of 3-5MB. If all peuple of my forum will submit a photo for day, in a 2-3 week my web space will be over.
But if a can choose in the ACP, to resize a photo in attachment, from 4800x3200px to 800x600px, put the resized one in the post, and delete the original... this would be perfect!

Please consider to add a check box in order to delete the original photo ans keep only the resized, whitout the link to expand it..
