From my understanding, the general trend is to move away from subsilver. So it's probably best to try to phase it out sooner rather than later.
Hi, I'm advocatus and I own www.forumgames.in.

I know, but for now I can't.
Thee best think whould be to have subsilver3 (based on prosilver, but looking like subsilver2) also avaiable for 3.1.x

Basically, you need to add several template event listeners to the suitable events corresponding to the 3.0.x MOD edits. Currently I can't say somewhat more sensible as I didn't have an opportunity to dig into it yet.

3.0.x MOD data should migrate automatically if the extension migrations work correctly.

Thank you for the reply.

Ok, I'll see what I can do, but I'm still trying to persuade my partner to migrate to prosilver,

About the tables... before the conversion I used stk tools to clean database tables, so now I only have them in a backupfile and the forum is already updated. What I can do now? Just import the back up will work?

Great, thank you. I'll try this way.
If I'm not back to this topic in next few days, you'll know that was ok this way :D

Great work, works like a charm.
Anyone updates this with a Dutch language?

Be good when thanks is released because people have been asking for this.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I'm not seeing the topic rating in a column despite the option being selected in the ACP. The thanking system works and the rating appears inside the topic, just not on the list.

Hello, I've read through this thread and am not clear about some things related to this extension so thought I would just ask???

1] Is the extension now proven for phpBB 3.1.1 ?
2] If so, is this a straight-forward easy install for a beginner (first board) using phpBB?
3] Is there a step-by-step install tutorial written?

I've successfully muddled through a few code changes to configure my board the way I wanted it. I've only installed one extra extension (add video player to text window) and that went smoothly. I am NOT an experienced code writer..., so I can only use things that are easy to understand. Can I use this extension, or is it beyond my ability to install it?

Thanks for a reply.

Extensions are basically "plug&play". Very easy to install. As for this particular extension I have not had any issues using on my board which is updated to 3.1.2

Same here... can't get the ratings to show on the forum list either. This is the only extension I have on there so seems it's a little buggy at the moment

There're things implemented by the MOD which can't be implemented via events or require overcomplicated solutions.
Also, some template events are missing as well for the moment.
