Still having some problems with the countdown timer to adapt inside my PBWoW Style. I took parts from the Code of the latest Countdown Extension but the Javascript Routine inside your Ext seems not placing the Time there where it should be shown at my time. Everything seems a little bit differ at PBWoW3.
Should be easy enough to add new events. Only problem with this is that I would have to rename the extension :D

take a look here: http://reyno41.bplaced.net/phpbb/viewto ... p=578#p578

You can simply add your own events as you mentioned

I see no reason for changing anything. But its quite easy to replace the images if you want.

How can I make this work on a smartphone and get rid of the snow? I think there is now a snow option though under the Extensions tab. Been a while since I looked. Also, will this display to tablets?

Snowstorm can be disabled in acp and ucp. Also it doesnt show on touch devices.

Hi Stoker,
great extension :D any chance to adapt your ext to pbtech theme (based on prosilver style)?
Thanks
The best way to predict the future is to invent it!

If its prosilver based the EXT might work on that theme too.
Copy the prosilver folder and rename it to your theme: ext\stoker\xmas\styles\
John connor wrote:So how can I make it show on touch devices?
Open overall_footer_after.html and chnage this:

Code: Select all

<script>
if (!phpbb.isTouch) {
		$(document).ready(function(){
		$(document).snowfall({deviceorientation : true, round : true, minSize: {XMAS_STORM_MINSIZE}, maxSize:{XMAS_STORM_MAXSIZE},  flakeCount : {XMAS_STORM_FLAKECOUNT}});
});
	}
</script>
to:

Code: Select all

<script>
	$(document).ready(function(){
	$(document).snowfall({deviceorientation : true, round : true, minSize: {XMAS_STORM_MINSIZE}, maxSize:{XMAS_STORM_MAXSIZE},  flakeCount : {XMAS_STORM_FLAKECOUNT}});
});
</script>
purge cache

Thanks! I'll give that a try. 90% of the users on one of my forums use a smartphone so it would be nice if they could see this theme.
