Hello,

great extension!

May I just ask:
  • the whois information is great, but can it be limited to be displayed to Admin and moderators?
  • Can I disable editing chat messages somewhere?
  • In the chat of the previous phpbb version, I displayed the number of currently chatting users - despite the chat being on a separate page - at the chat link (like: "Mini-Chat [3]") on the Index page. Is there a way to do that with the extension as well?
thanks!

Yes use the same edits as you used last time but the edits for mchat.php add them to render_helper.php in the core folder.

image is on the index and also on custom page

Code: Select all

<!-- IF S_CODE_UNTIDY and S_MESS_ON_INDEX Good If_Not_TIDY_Then_SUBMIT -->

Hello,
to first, thank you for the extension.

I have a question, my version to first 0.1.0, now 0.1.1. and by testing in phpbb 3.1.5, with any other extension and on a board with no extensions but mchat, i have a problem with screen.

When i write a post, my avatar is not on screen, to first i must refresh with ctrl + F5. When i post smilies, the screen has no avatar and all other is textcode from smilie. I refreshed with ctrl + F5, the avartar is screening, the first smilie is textcode, the second and third smile are screening as smiliegrafik.

If anyone replay this problem?

Regards Mike

This extension looks amazing. However Im curious is it possible somehow to have this extension under the "Recent Topics" extension instead of only at the top or bottom of the index page. My board uses PBTech.

Hey Dmzx,

was wondering if there was a way to make the displayed time based on the board "guest timezone" or able to set it so it will be 1 set timeline instead of each individuals timezone.

*i run an international gaming group, have just started messing around with the chat but couldn't seem to find the document for it.

I was thinking it would be possible to use the same code you used in your countdown timer for the timezone offset, and therefore should potentially be fairly to add :)

Thankyou, sorry for my bad english, to understand i must made it to google translate, but i have understand. With mod rewrite i doesnt must make a ctrl + F5 refresh anymore.

At last, the send from the first smilie from 3 - 5 smilies in a line, is the clear smiliecode.
But i looked in the Future, any years a good Mod in phpbb 3.0, needs time to every good in the new phpbb.

Many thanks at now, reg. mike

dmzx, It does not work "Display New Replied Posts" with the extension "QuickReply", as well as quoting. Please correct.
