This link contains the latest version? http://www.dmzx-web.net/downloadsystemdownload?id=137

I installed mChat, everything is ok, but when I want to write rules for chat, it takes me out from ACP...

just a suggestion for the RC3 version...

for "Location of new chat messages", when the selection to have them on the top is made, i think it would look better if the input was moved to the top as well. input on the bottom while new messages show on top just don't look right to me. this is of course my opinion

This was considered but rejected. Thanks for the suggestion though!

You are not using the latest version. Uninstall whatever version you have installed at the moment and make sure to delete all extension data, from within the ACP Extensions list as well as extension files. Then check the first post for a download link of the latest version RC2.

That is because you are using a dev version of 3.2 that was released before 3.1.7-pl1 therefore the migration check will fail. You will need to update your 3.2 installation.

Let me add some brief notes about the latest RC3 update:
  • Make sure to entirely uninstall and delete any previous mChat version before uploading and installing the latest release.
  • We hope that future updates will not require deleting extension data, you will most likely be able to keep your settings & permissions during an update.
  • Depending on whether any bugs are found, we plan to submit RC3 or a bug-fixed RC4 for validation in a few days.
  • Now is the perfect time to test the extension and submit bug reports!

3.2.0-a2 was released before 3.1.7-pl1 and therefore does not have the required migration. Upgrade your a2 board to b1 or b2.

Open /ext/dmzx/mchat/config/services.yml and verify that dmzx.mchat.ucp.controller is in there, it should be on line 20. If it's there, post the contents of the file here. If it isn't there make sure the services.yml and all other extension files are uploaded correctly.

How do you change the default setting for users?

IE if you allow them to display on index in there user settings it automatically displays on index

I would like to set this to no for all members but give them the option to display it

rather than display it and give the option to hide
