Haven't used that before maybe I'll set up a fresh test board with that to see what's up. :D

Took a look at postgres and sorry to say it's a bit beyond my understanding.

A forum private or a topic private?

Does it work well?

private forum
so admin (or groups who has permission) can see all topics
but user (or one of groups who has permission) can see his topics only

it's work fine with me on phpbb3.1.6

So far it seems to be going well. I'm still wondering if it should go beta or not.
The main issue is that I've been getting bug reports on PM. One of them is a blocker and I can't seem to find out how to fix it properly.
viewtopic.php?f=461&t=2338911

I can't get info if it is a singular issue or an intrinsic problem on what I did.

Is it possible to add a permision so that users can read, but not write in, topics they didn't start within a specific forum? Or give the topic starter the ability to designate a few users to have write access to their topics?

May I also note that you're still using the 'Board Rules' ext.php, to extends the notification. You don't really need any ext.php file at all.

Won't solve the offset issue unfortunately though. Seems like it has something to do when the permission is set to 'never'?

There was another annoying bug reported and I'm trying to analyze with the reporter. I'm having a very hard time to find time we are both available.
Regardless, I probably found the issue and I'm now working to confirm if it is solved or not.

I may do such phpBB extension but it is out of the scope of this extension. This extension is about "view", not "add"/"modify".
I may add that to the list of extensions I'll work on later on when I can, if you want.
It will take some time, though. It may require more event points than the ones that currently exist.

Yeah. I'm still using it. I don't think it can do any harm...

Hi

Any Update on this extension? Its one I have wanted for a long time as we made use of it in 3.0.x but the move to 3.1 meant we had to do certain forum things via email which sucks for us.

I can't seem to be able to contact @Det. Lawliet.
I guess I'll push this to beta later today or tomorrow as I can't, currently, reproduce any bugs I've been mentioned and 2 of them have already been dealt with.
