This happens when I click on the flag image as it shown in below image.

Thanks in advance.
Pictures are pretty much useless. Try to enable url rewrite in the ACP settings.

I do not believe it is possible. Not with the current code.

It is possible if the settings in the ACP are set to not require upon registration.

He's talking about if someone has a flag set; wanting to remove the flag after.

One solution would be to just add a blank flag and the user could pick that.

I guess I'm not making myself clear. If the settings in the extension are such that a flag isn't required upon registration, the user can go into the UCP and choose no flag. If users have a flag set that you want to later remove via the ACP, then when it is deleted their flag will be reset to none.

Did either of you test that scenario or are you just making me jump through hoops?

is it possible to make it so banned members do not show in the list of flags on the forum index?

The queries within the main controller and core functions file would have to be changed.

ok. what changes would need to be made?

the issue is when someone registers, selects a flag, then posts spam and later gets banned, here's what i get when clicking on a flag on the index
Information

No user has this flag
now i can't find who used that flag anymore without going over each recently banned member's profile
