This has been a god send for our forum. Previously, we were manually editing topic titles with "SOLVED" in the title. This is so much more useful, efficient and visually obvious.
I love that you can assign it to each forum with different attributes. We primarily use it for the "SOLVED" feature as we run a hardware support forum. But we also have a subforum which allows users to sell their hardware, so we use the extension to mark "SOLD" on those topics.
I have one request, and it may be too much trouble... would it be possible to add a second mark for a second word or phrase that could be enabled on each forum? In other words, I use the check mark to mark a reply as "SOLVED" for a particular topic. But we also have many topics that we believe are solved, but have no specific reply from the original poster which would verify that - many users come for help, get the help they want and never return to tell us they solved their problem. If we could mark those as something else... say "WAITING" or "ON HOLD", we could easily, visually identify which posts were still open to support and which we think are probably solved, but are not certain.
Of course a simple solution (in theory) would be to create various sub-forums for "SOLVED", "UNSOLVED", "ON HOLD" or other topic notes, but that would kind of defeat our current board structure.

Yes, the indicator can be customized to say any of those.

Yes, in fact, it has to be enabled for each forum individually.

The topic solved indicators are shown in the following places:
Forum View
Topic View
Search Results (both Post and Topic views)
MCP Forum View
Where might this be best shown? Maybe they are best suited just for the topic view, but I'm curious what you think.
Pretty much here. See image below. Choose from brackets and image like we can now plus name assigned, clickable.
We often have topics that more users are being processed. Solving one user will mark whole thread as solved, despite of one user being solved while others are yet to be. So yeah, pretty much even give it a post based ability under ACP and proper permission.
Would be nice to have an option for this in acp where it can say by name, for both bracketed text or image. Same goes for an option to bump topic on a resolve. Thanks

Hi, just realized another new feature in 2.1 ..........when unsolving the topic, it's not needed to unlock it manually anymore, it is done automatically....wow, nice idea, thanks
I've had 2.1.0 submitted for extension validation for over 2 months now, it's apparently a long backlog for validation, but I'm pretty confident it'll make it soon here.
In the mean time, the latest development version now has support for 3 more languages (Danish, German, and Portuguese), and the code unit test coverage has been significantly expanded from below 10% to over 90%. No new features besides that, but it's much more comforting to know it's very well tested.
But after Moderator closes the Topic, users stil can replay to the Topic.
Olso can users use the links in the Topic, is it posible that all shut down?
( just for users)
