No you don't have to manually add them, they are called with these lines:

To test fill in a letter (A for example) instead of a number and click "submit" then click back to webshop and see the cancel page.

when you enter a cancel text in the config it doesn't show what you entered it does show this

You have cancelled your donation. Its no problem, but please consider a donation in the future.

This text can be changed in ACP under the extensions tab.

Is this ext going to be more automated in the future? I mean when someone donates successfully it updates the status bar(or is this how its supposed to work? it doesn't for me). An option to have it reset on some day of every month? Some way to see who donated(if you don't have access to the paypal account)?

just a heads up seems none of the entered text works
and the following I already reported so here it is again
at the cancell button when at the paypal login screen it says
cancel and return to my email address instead of the web site that sent you there.
