We use prosilver colors because extensions must work work with prosilver by default. The prosilver "scheme" is our default scheme and we will add additional style schemes as needed. We also don't want to immediately break with styles that don't inherit from Prosilver.
The CSS and JS must be loaded for ALL styles, because they search for specific classes in the style which, if found, implement the collapse boxes. If they are not found, the extension does not affect the style.
Loading these two tiny files is not a concern.
