[ABD] Limit for guests

It limits the number of topic that a guest can view. After this number, invite it to make a registration.
Also it adds a bbcode [ghide]content[/ghide] that show content only to registered users.
See ACP->extensions to edit some settings.

You can change it simply in language/yourlanguage/common.php file

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `quotescollection`.
3. In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the `quotescollection` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/quotescollection/composer.json
5. Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
6. Look for `Quotes Collection` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

would be great to have an easy guide like the legendary dmzx does - we can all follow that

withouty it we have to guess, is the wrapper folder brunino? no that doesn't work ok let's try Brunino with a capital B, wonder if that will work
