Only VIP users are allowed to enable/disable ads!

Hi all,

Thanks for this great mod. It worked well with 3.1.9.

I updated phpbb to 3.1.10 and now, I can't see the ads. I have removed the cache, cookies... I have tried different browsers... I have also checked for the admin permission (on "yes")... but impossible to see the ads, even with my smartphone or another computer.

Any trouble in connection with the update from 3.1.9 to 3.1.10 ?

Thanks

I had no problem after updating to 3.1.10
You also need to check your UCP settings?
Can guests see ads? If so its either ACP permissions of the setting in UCP you need to configure.

Admins, users and guests are supposed to see ads according to the permissions in ACP, but ads are not visible for all these groups. I do know understand why.

The adsense code used for the phpbb forum is the same than the one used for the 3.1.9 version.

Hi Stoker,

For a reason I can't explain, after 48h, I can see the ads now.

Maybe I needed to wait for Google to update the ads...

Thanks for this nice extension and keep on doing the good work!
