Ah yes, your right. He is in a ignored group list. Thats it, thanks
Is it possible to get a notice when something like this happens? Something like; user is already in a ignored list.

At first it looked like something went wrong because nothing happend.

I might do it, because I am at the process of fixing some things for the validation anyways.
So perhaps on RC2 if I'll have the energy I'll do it.

Is it possible in future to have IUM send a message via an email other than the forum?

A noreply mail?
Sorry English is not my native language

I have read the whole topic, but it's been a while with the older posts. So, I tried searching this topic. I apologize if this has been covered. :)

One of our members contacted us not wanting anymore of these e-mails. They do stop at 3, but is there a way for users to opt-out from these e-mails?

I had totally forgotten that. Thanks. :)

However, an opt-out or unsubscribe would be polite. It's not that big of a deal, though. I just hope our inactive users don't flag those e-mails as spam because there is no opt-out. Well, they might still do that...

I have the extension in Dutch and it works fine, but the outgoing mail to removed people are in English. Where can is change it?
The mail for sleepers and inactive persons are in Dutch except for the deleted message.

Forgive my bad english......

But when i use the system to delete a person who is inactive for a period, a email is sent to the person that he is removed by a administrator.
I don't wont this message to be sent at all.
Subject: You have been deleted from {SITENAME} by the administrator

Hello, {USER_NAME}

We're verry sorry, but your account has been deleted by the administrator!
The reason for the deletion is that you have not logged in for more than {INTERVAL_DAYS_SUM} days to "{SITENAME}".
If you like, you can sign up again.
We hope to see you again soon.

By "system" you mean "IUM"?
If yes, then don't delete the user using IUM, but phpbb's delete tool. Clicking on the username you want to delete from the list.
It will take you to the the users managing page, there from the Delete user tools menu you can delete the user.
This way the user should not be informed by IUM.
