Copy ./ext/ger/cmbb/styles/all/theme/cmbb/* to ./ext/ger/cmbb/styles/latte/theme/cmbb/*.
You can change the colour definitions at will in ./ext/ger/cmbb/styles/latte/theme/cmbb/module/main-menu-styling.css

You can create your own style in ./ext/ger/cmbb/styles/yourstylename/*. Anything there will override the all directory.
[*]be able to put the page as home to stay as a blog or something of the kind
You can set this in the ACP General tab -> board settings.
[*]independent comment system
The whole point is to use phpBB's powerful forum features for comments.

You must create it. I provide default styling in all, everyone can override it in their own style folder.

I am sorry for the lame question, but would you tell me how to post a new article on my forum http://awesomecs.syntrwave.com/. The extension installed successfully but I don't see how to post, maybe because of my theme? Thanks!

Look into the ACP -> Extensions -> cmBB. There should be a link at the top for creating your first article.

Interesting, it's only in categories. It works fine in the article content. I'll need to investigate this. Thanks for reporting.

------ Edit ------
I've made a minor change to the UTF handling. It seems to work as expected now, can you try the latest version for me from Github?
