Some users in my forum can not see the table button in the text editor. Is there any specific permission to use "bbcode"?

I still try to figure out how this Button for this extension is created to modify other exentsions to same kind of way. And why it is not display at ACP Editor and just at the normal one.

It includes by his own inside the new RIN Editor:

viewtopic.php?f=456&t=2427126

I just want to know what special has been done for display this kind of way.

FRENCH translation of Tables extension

Post by Galixte de EzCom »

This is the FRENCH translation of Tables extension available on EzCom and on GitHub.

@Sniper i submitted you about a new PR on GitHub about the update to 2.1.1 version on your repository and adding the FRENCH translation.

Regards.

I don't know much about the new Rin Editor but even your table icon is off. The background color and the border need to be removed for your Rin Editor. None of the other icons have a border or background color.

As far as making the Note bbcode work like the tables it could be done. But the Note bbcode is more of a drop down menu like the font size bbcode. It would have to be re-written to work as a button. It would be easier to make it look like the other select drop downs.

Thanks! I'll have to look at GitHub and see what version I have there. It's been awhile since I've been online.

Yes tables is as responsive as the tables on the memberlist page. They are written with the same codes and follow prosilver css set by the phpBB style's team.

They brake down to a single row in responsive view. The css can be adjusted to where you can see the spread out tables in mobile's wide view, I have done this before. Then at 500px it drops down to single row view.

I'll play with the css and see if I can get only the tables in this extension to act differently. And I'll use a class that you can use when posting a table that will make the tables stay full view in responsive. Without using that class they will act like the default tables of prosilver for the long tables.

Will that work for you guys? I'll get back to you on what I come up with..

Hi,

i report a problem in ACP. On my board i have a blank page one time in two, i have to purge the board cache. It is very disturbing.

If the DEBUG mode is activated in config.php, it’s possible to see some error appear.

This issue concerns only the ACP area, on pages where the complete text editor appears.

To reproduce this problem you have to install a vanilla phpBB 3.2.x board, install the last official extension of ABBC3 and the “Tables” extension.

An other example of page where this issue appears, with the “Page” extension when you create a new page or edit a existant page.

Yes supanet this problem has been resolved. Sorry for taking so long to get around to this fix.

Tables 2.1.1 link has been updated on the first post.
GitHub has been updated to 2.1.1 and the French language has been added.

Thank you Galixte de EzCom for the event template update and the French translation!

I have plans on adding permissions in 2.1.2 version.
And if tables is going to be targeted for phpBB 3.2.* it really needs to be converted over to properly named attributes like JoshyPHP suggested in this post. But I have not been able to wrap my head around the complete understanding of using this yet. Custom BBCode syntax

But we'll get it there... one day... :? maybe.
