This is DB issue , only your Hosting company can increase that limitation...

I've reinstalled the application. After that i set the requirements and tested it. I could set 1 reaction. When i tried to set a 2nd it showed me this error:

And now it shows me this error everytime i try to set a reaction. I tested it with several users and several comments.

PhpBB version?
Php version?
MySQL database type?

Ok that gives me something to work with. Can you look in your server error logs?

In ACP -> permissions -> Group permissions I set some permissions for this ext (to Yes) for the Registered Users group.
When saving the settings and then going back to the permissions they are all set to No again.
