The one on my demo is 1200px wide which should be big enough for all eventualities (unless your forum style expands to the full the browser width, then I would think you would need something like 2000px )

Random image is doable, but it would need a total rebuild. I've got a few other things I am working on so it will be something I will have to come back to.

I don't use any mobile devices, so I have no idea how different the Mobile FF is. Could you let me have a screen shot of the error?

this is what I ended up with guess it needs some work or did I do something wrong?

oh this message area does not allow attachments oh well next time I guess I will have to wait till its done and see if it works then....

amendment
your moon extension ends up above this banner instead of in the image..
I found out the height of the image needed to be no more than 100px
so 1200x100 worked for me

if I make it 1200x500 it goes down into the forum area were can I set things in a .css file so that I can make room for the extra height?

I have tested it by resizing the browser window and using the tool David63 linked, and I can not reproduce the error you are referring to.

The Moonphase ext won't work correctly with this ext as they both want to appear in the same space. I'll try and hack the two extensions together for you.

Use an image hosting service such as postimage.com to attach the screenshot within a BBCode

Moon Phase added to the header banner ext. The options to have the search appearing over the banner has been removed.

Great ext!!
But when I share posts on Facebook, it uses this header image, instead of the image from my post.
Can this be changed?
