Sequel of:

🖨 Synopsis: A robot of your choice that could be you or any user will welcome new and (long lost) returning members (i.e.: old members not logged-in since ages, upgrades, conversions and so on) posting a personalized welcome (or welcome back) Topic in the Forum of your choice and sends a PM to the user that contains a link to that topic. PMs sent via the bot will not be saved in the bot's sent-box, saving space. A nice ACP interface will help you with settings. Predefined variables can be used on purpose.

The code is pretty much finished and working. There is a related dev topic also at my board if you wish to have a look. In the meantime I got involved in custom jobs which took the priority. If you have any suggestion or feature request please do it now, it's easier to add code now than later.
