WHen i change the word "remerciements" by "pouces" in the lang fr files, the cache can't be purge so error, how change this word ? (thanks to like, in french remerciements to pouces)

As I replied on the test forum, are you sure you have respected same quotes as original? Single and double quotes. Oh! Don´t change the keys (all caps words at beginning of line)

I installed this extension on 3.2.1 and it crashed my Forum with a white page HTTP 500 error. When clicking on some links we are getting this message:

Unable to generate a URL for the named route "gfksx_thanksforposts_thankslist_controller" as such route does not exist

Any suggestions as to how I can get the board back up and running?

1st of all, is that a phjpBB 3.2.x forum? I suppose that's the case.

Then, try reuploading the extension. Check file permissions, the web server user must have read permissions.

Then, if it's still failing, try clearing cache folder (<phpbb_root>/cache/).

If still failing, could you send me the log and/or other active extensions list?

I don't know any way to do so using FTP. You can disable any extension in Database, table phpbb_ext, setting its line to ext_active = "0"

You can run this SQL:

I did see an error message which mentioned 'National Flags' which i do have installed.

I will try clearing the cache via ftp and see if that works and let you know.

Hi. Yes, "Thanks for posts" and "Tapatalk Plugin for phpBB 3.1/3.2" is activated.
"Purge all sessions" and "Purge the cache" is "Run now", but it's still nothing "Thanks configuration".

Edit: I had a "Name Suggestions" Disabled, and then "Delete data", and then Extensions "THANKS FOR POSTS" works now.
