When configuring the extension: inserting the hexcodes via the build-in colour picker only works for prosilver - for other styles they have to be inserted manually.
Styles installed: prosilver, Aero, Basic, my own wip-style
Okay, I think I got your point here.. you surely mean that once installed, only prosilver - in the drop-down selector for styles - got the preset colours?
Yes, the migration presets those CSS colors (to be overriden if you so wish) only for it.
Leaving all of the others styles to naturally inherit from it as per its fallback, till you select some colours for them.
Aero:

prosilver:

Once the color-picker opens the dialog on those styles, the colours's placeholders are nulled (inherits from the CSS), just select a BASE colour there and adjust it about nuances as a secondary step, that's it. No need to input manually any hexdec.
example:

I will make a short video in the next few days and I will put it on the Wiki. We can't assume how many and which styles each end user have installed that's why it's prosilver based.
Please ask if I didn't explain this in a exhaustive manner. Thx.
