What are you referring to? This is a ticket tracker system, not a tag system.

Pushed a bunch of stuff up (and removed the ACP stuff for now).

Just a note: I have a huge project at work that will likely take 1+ years to complete. Therefore, commits from my end will be few and far between (if any). Feel free to fork this repo, make it "better", and submit a pull request. I'll merge then when I get coding time.

I'm having problems when installing this.

The read me says: Copy the extension to phpBB/ext/kinerity/tracker but my path is /ext/trackers-master/trackers-master/ then when I go into extensions there's nothing there for this tracker.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

You need to rename the directories as indicated.
