I think he's referring to using the extension in mobile which won't work. In Firefox Dev tools you can view your forum with a mobile view.

It does work on mobile. Marking text with a double tap works. I'm using Chrome on Android 8.1.

Sure, it's by far not intuitive, but it works.

Same problem as mine, it seems. Just go back a few pages. I bet you have a custom style with different class names, so you need to adjust the class names in the JavaScript file of the extension.

I thought it could be that when I read through the thread, but I'm not sure how to find out the class name!

You need to use a text editor and examine the viewtopic_view.html file of your style. Or use the DOM inspector of your browser. Usually by pressing F12.

A little bit of knowledge of HTML and CSS is needed though.

No prob! :D

Edit: Quick question. Any chance the multiquote buttons will work over multiple pages of a topic?

That one crossed my mind as well, but I'm not sure yet how to implement that in a good way.

I am having problems installing this extension. I have downloaded the zip file and extracted all files. However it seems no matter where I place it in my ext, folder it will not show up in ACP. Any suggestions?

If I have to guess, I'd go for wrong folder structure.
