It's a bit later, but here's the extension to add custom css (example for this extension is given in the screenshots).

Thinking harder - If the extension (or style) is updated, your changes will be overwritten. I propose instead:You can modify the style by definingmarttiphpbb-showtopicstarter
in your CSS style sheet. The textTopic Starter
is located in the language fileext/marttiphpbb/showtopicstarter/language/en/common.php
.

I could not find any documentation which explained how to customize the extension. I considered a suggestion to update the documentation (README.md). For example:

div.marttiphpbb-showtopicstarter
could be mentioned in the documentation. My intention was to keep this extension very simple. Anyone (yourself?) can easily create an extension with this extra configuration, forking or not from this extension.Lady_G wrote: ↑Sat Sep 29, 2018 1:43 am Thinking harder - If the extension (or style) is updated, your changes will be overwritten. I suggest a new dedicated entry in the ACP -> Extensions tab to customize the text. For example:
Topic Starter text:
The text to display above the username. (default entry of 'Topic Starter')
Well, it's not a requirement. It is an option. And it's just one way of providing (or overwriting) style. It could be a suggestion.Lady_G wrote: ↑Sat Sep 29, 2018 1:43 am Then, update your README.md to require [3.2][BETA] Extra Style to customize the CSS. Include your showtopicstarter example to explain how the extension works.
(Post updated to clarify suggestion.)
div.marttiphpbb-showtopicstarter
and your CSS example in the documentation.
