That one only adds a description, this adds Open Graph and JSON-LD microdata, which includes an image. See the first screenshot in the first post.

I'm working in the feature to get a proper image from topic, right now it only shows a default image.

I noticed that the & sign is not showing up, it turns into "&am;p".
And it is possible to hide bbcodes like [img] ?
Now it shows the whole image url instead of the topic text ..

Please test the new version 0.4.1-dev, see the updated link in the first post, it should fix those issues.

Edit: Purge the cache after updating the extension.

Perfect on Facebook, but Twitter is not taking the image.

I'm working on it, I'm currently doing some optimizations.

Meanwhile you can set a default image in the ACP because Facebook looks for an image in the markup, other websites do not.

When I do that, Facebook takes that default pic, and not the one in the forum post..

That's not an issue, it's by design as image extraction was not implemented yet.

Try the version 0.5.0-dev, it tries to emulate what Facebook does when an og:image meta tag is not set, just keep in mind that it's still experimental.

P.S.: You might need to do a clean install, or clean the cache before re-enabling the extension after the update.

Yes! That's it! It now takes the post image, and the standard image on other pages.
And also share the image on Twitter.
Thank you!
