Sorry works, just did not immediately understand what Telegram ID is and how to find it. But is it possible to remake this to indicate not the Telegram ID, but your address, for example @ and then the address? So it would be better, because not everyone will be able to find out their Telegram ID

Unfortunately, as I understand telegram bots does not support the use of alias like @myaliasname as a chat_id so you have to use the real chat_id instead.

The simple way for your users to get their chat_id should be to join @userinfobot.
You can also write your own command to do that, it's very simple if you run a bot in your server.

Is this extension still in development or has it been abandoned?
