This is a project that we have had for years in the drawer, now I have found the desire to revive it and offer it to all of you for free. If you have any requests make them now before the RC version is released.
Will it be possible to call up the contents of the boxes on a sidebar from other extensions? I am thinking of integrating content in a similar way as Board3 Portal makes it possible. Something like arcade toplists, poker scores, hangman games (or other game scores). And contents the board offers - clock, post toplists, who is online, birthday etc.
What contents are planned so far? I don't see a screenshot what would help here.
My 2 cents: Whether an extension is in the CDB says nothing about its quality. It is more important to read the support topics for it. Better to avoid authors who do not answer support questions themselves, who do not update their stuff, and who do not fix bugs for years.

BBcodes and HTML and JS will be allowed. It is then up to the extensions to propose their code for implementation. Of course this extension will not chase anyone but instead offer the opportunity to insert code from different extensions, this will depend on the writers themselves. Don't think that this extension is an alternative to Marc's portal, forget it. It's something else entirely.

No contents to begin with, you have to put them in. Whatever you like.
Still in dev, the purpose of this topic as of now is to collect ideas and requests, I will code them if I see them fit.
I do not see the need to post DEV's screenshots, at least a demo (which is not yet ready).
I already use a nice sidebar ext that someone on here donated to me, it has 5 different sidebar widths and the responsive side works well with all the sizes, it has some already built in code for facebook, twitter, links and youtube sidebars then the standard login, search and then options for showing on just the index or also the forum and topic pages.
If your extension allows the user to put there own html in through the ACP it would be fantastic regardless of what is already built in or not.
Most of us will enjoy Christmas in the comfort of our own homes this year, however, sadly, that can't be said for people in the Ukraine who are suffering day after day, due to the Russian invasion.
If you would like to make a small donation to help Ukrainians in their time of need, you can donate to help all Ukrainians via BritishRedCross or you can donate to help the Ukrainian children via Unicef. Thank You
Thanks for the silent feedback, how come you have no words? Can I be of help?
I think Christian would like to emphasize the fact that he offers the "Premium Responsive Sidebars Extension for phpBB 3.2 / 3.3. This extension allows you to add responsive sidebars to your phpBB forum and add content from the Administration Control Panel".
So this goes right against his business.

For the moment, I am very happy with my modded version of the sidebar from Sniper
Most things of the user menu, mchat and yes, last addition we were able to get the arcade links working inside this. This picture is an older one, many of the new features not added. My only problem, not all boxes keep collapsed all the until the got open. The display can be onto the right or left site. But sure adding blocks over acp sound much better as adding then for the first time manually into the code.

Thank you for your explanation.
