Move Topic Posted in Wrong Forum

OK, I know I should know this--- but just opened Forum--- new user just posted a new topic in what should have been a locked Announcement Forum--- I do not see how to move it to the correct forum--- help please!

log in as admin and use the dropdown menu for quick commands at the bottom to move it

Note that you'll need the appropriate moderator permissions to do this. Additionally, you can use permissions to prevent things like that from happening again. See Knowledge Base - phpBB3 Permissions
