Warning system doesn`t work right

Hey PHPbb and users.

After a few month with phpbb 3.0.0 we have spottet a problem i don`t really understand and have no way of explaining.

When adding a warning to a users profil, you as a moderator can type in a reason for the warning being issued. 2 things will happen with this added text, if choosen the user will get a pm, second the text will be added that that users usernotes.

The problem now is that everything added in any usernotes on the board are automaticly deleted when the userlog in acp are full. At our site it happens every 12 days or so. So anything that have been added in peoples usernotes will be reset every 12 days. Makes no sense, is it our board that has a flaw or 3.0.0 ?

Screenprints can be provided if you can make no sense of what i wrote.

this are showing when the log begins. 12 of juli. There is nothing before that, strange since the board have been active since april with 1000+ users a day. that must have generated alot of inputs in the log. You can se that its only posible to go back 2 pages. Compared to the admin log that has 52 pages since april.


From 12 of juli everything is there, nothing from before that date.

Nothing about clearing the user logs, And the only cleaning feature iwe used in the acp front page is "Purge the cache" none of the others.

What i try to do is make sure that our mods can use the feature of giving warning and the usernotes without worrying about have there text automatical deleted by the system.

It doesn`t make any sense to me. i hope some of you can se the problem.

Any clue to what have happend would be very much appriciated. Is anybody else experying this ?
