Changing the User Agreement

hi good folks, i am trying to edit the User Agreement on my phpBB3 that i just installed. while going thru the tutorial on the support page of phpbb.com, i could not locate the /language/lang_english/lang_main.php file.
anyone know where i can find this file so i can edit it?
nb: i tried the language folder but it only had en, acp, email and mods as subfolders. i didnt see any /language/lang_english/lang_main.php. i hope someone can help me out. thanks guys. :?:

the agreement in phpBB3 is in the language/en/ucp.php file, Remember language files need to be edited with with a plain text editor and saved with the file encoding UTF8 without BOM. If you did not do this the file will be corrupted. As such you will need to use a fresh copy and make the edits again, this time saving in the correct file encoding.
