Does anyone know where I can find the setting that turns off the Simultaneous post feature. I have a very active forum and when a users wants to reply, but someone has already replied before the user its giving a warning message to the user that someone has already replied to this post.... etc etc.
Does anyone know how to disable this feature?

That's a per forum setting in the General forum settings and called post review.
We should talk less, and say more.
