Was this an install through your host? No. I Have Upload phpbb3 And Then Install It Manually.
MODs you have installed: Prime Quick Replay. Activity Stat Mod, Upcoming Birthday Mod, Show Moderator On Forum, Contact Admin, Top Poster, Simple Point System. Filebase, Arcade Mod, phpBB3 Portal, Last Topic, Ad Managment And Now th23 Domain
When the problem started: I think 1 and Half Month Ago.

Well i m FAcing logout Problem and Forum is Too much Slow

I Have Change the Host.
But login Problem is also Facing in phpbb.com And also Other phpbb board.

Someone told me that add th23 domain mod and the logout issue will be ok but it didnot ...

If you are getting the logout issue here as well then it must be a problem with your end, something to do with your computers set-up most likely.

Out of interest does your ISP use proxies so your IP changes during an internet session?

Yea This problem come in UAE Users... And Also one more thing that it cant be computer problem coz i m doing job in a shop so every post will be post to diffrent PC

That is because phpBB3 is so secure, it is likely that if you connect using different computers they will have different browsers for example and thus the session check "Validate browser:
Enables browser validation for each session improving security." would fail and thus kill the session and thus log out. To stop this happening on your own board you would have to disable most the security option in the ACP, although you could do nothing on other phpBB3 boards such as this one.

Then the option Session IP validation:
Determines how much of the users IP is used to validate a session; All compares the complete address, A.B.C the first x.x.x, A.B the first x.x, None disables checking. On IPv6 addresses A.B.C compares the first 4 blocks and A.B the first 3 blocks will probably need setting to none for users.

Yes u r right Here Mostly user Use the net behind the proxies.

But i m not using net behind the proxies i m using net legal

proxies have nothing to do with illegal or illegal, some parts of the world have ISP which are behind proxy servers, so how about trying what I said
