How to insert properly a 1 line Ads in forumlist_body.html bar along with Mark forums read.

I tried but it's looks crazy, so i need help..

How to insert properly a 1 line Ads in forumlist_body.html bar along with Mark forums read.

Mark forums read display is availabe only when the users is in login mode.
