Having subforum posts appear on top level forum

Post by neps » Mon Sep 22, 2008 4:10 pm

hey,

I want to set up my forum structure like below:

Code: Select all

World Of Category
    General Discussion
    2008 Series
        Episode
        Spoilers
        Chat
Board Dealings Category
    Lounge
    Announcements
But I want when people goto the "2008 Series" forum that they see the topics inside Episode, Spoilers & Chat. Where as the subforum categories are basically a filter of content of the top level forum.

I can get "World of Category" to display the active topics below - but I can't seem to do the same for the "2008 Series" forum..

Thanks!

Is 2008 series set as type category with its parent being World of? And is Episode set to type forum with its parent being 2008 series?
