Your board's URL: http://forum.astroempires.com
Version of phpBB3: 3.0.2
Was this a fresh install or a(n) update/upgrade/conversion (please be specific)? I upgraded from phpBB 2, but the problem is recent
Did you use an automated wizard provided by your host to install phpBB? No
MODs you have installed: User Reputation Points 0.2.0a, IP-address in topic for phpBB3, Anti-Bot Question 1.1.0
When the problem started: Not sure, because we hardly ever delete topics, but it's recent
Your level of expertise (be honest): Intermediate
