3.0.3 Codechanges with php changes?

Hello,

I saw that codechanges file in the downloads section - however it does not include the PHP changes? I am wondering if there is such a download in existence that would have everything - I run an extremely modified board where even the most basic variables may be changed (I modified phpbb3 to have 4+ sites share the same user database while having their own separate databases for posting and other functions) so I would like to have the ability to go through the updates by hand on incompatible files. Basically I would run the auto update - and on any file that came back as questionable I would want to manually update it.

However I cannot find what I am looking for. I may just need some pointing in the right direction.
