With regards to keeping the copyright on my forum. As long as i keep it on the bottom, am i ok to remove this part from my header?

I just thought Id ask as i dont want to lose any support or any credit for the phpbb group removed.

Actually, as I understand it, the copyright in the file itself is the only one REQUIRED by the license. The displayed copyright is merely a condition of phpbb.com for support.
