Blank row for ads

How do you create a blank row for ads in topics?
Basically I want to add a ad under the each post for unregistered users, but right now, each table just ends and there is a white gap and then the next post is there and so on, I want it so instead of table ending the lines on either side are always there, so it looks like its a part of the table.
