Post by jeremyotten » Thu Jan 29, 2009 11:53 am

build a new forum. with a new database. with phpmyadmin backuped database and imported it to the new database. I copied the files dir from the old forum to the new one. Everything works except that I don't see my files in the forum.... Am i missing something here?

Make sure config.php points to the correct database.

config.php point to the new database and pruging cache did help either. When I press a download link i want to download long number files that aren't in my files dir. There are alot of them but not these numbers.. somehow the forum changed these numbers...?

for example I get

./../files/2_6c33602691938b29905b02d3a35624ad files doesn't exist anymore.

when I look in files there are alot of files but not this one. When I look at the old forum this files is also non existed. And this is the case with every files on the forum.....
