On lunarpages in your cpanel look for the Mysql Databases icon, open and at the very bottom will be the link to phpmyadmin.

Ok well I got everything done so far according to that list. I am now stuck on the filemanager step. It's telling me to enable certain options within the filemanager
Filemanager:
- Open Cpanel, enter your admin login details.
- Navigate to "File Manager".
- Click on that, a pop up should display.
- Select these options:
Document Root
Display dot files
- Click OK
- Navigate to forum directory.
- Select all files.
- Click Compress.
- Once compressed locate the .zip
- Double click the ZIP icon.
- Download will start, download to your desktop.
- Proceed to Step 4.
Yet I see no options at all. All I see are the various folders that are on my server.

I must have missed something along the way here....do you not have ftp accesss to your website? The "step" you are stuck on is only if you don't have ftp access. :?

No you're not a moron. Trust me, I deal with them all day so I would know. ;) I admire your determination to keep plugging away at this when most would have cried uncle and run screaming the other way by now. :D

And here I thought I had it done. *sigh* haha. Well this whole process hasn't been easy, so it figures I would have problems on the last main step. That is step number 7
7) Uploading the Database backup.
7.a. Load into phpMyAdmin.
7.b. Select your database.
7.c. Click the tab "Import".
7.d. Click Browse.
7.d. Click the database which you downloaded from the old host ("Step 1"(Should be on your desktop))
7.e. Click GO.
7.f. This can take about ~6 minutes to import the new database.
7.g. Proceed to Step 8.
I can't find my database in the new phpMyAdmin. I created it. It's just not showing up under phpMyAdmin. I've already uploaded the entire forums via FTP. I don't really know what I could be doing wrong here. But any help is appreciated. Could there be something I'm overlooking that could cause my database not to appear within phpMyAdmin?

Figured it out already. Sorry once again. It was an issue within the Users assigned to that database.
