Also as a side note, for some reason when adding polls it does not register the multiple poll options and gives the error saying you need more than 1 poll option.

In your ACP -> PHP Information -> PHP Core, what is the following variable set to?

allow_url_fopen

This is currently what it says for both local and master.

allow_url_fopen = Off

You are experiencing one of the documented issues with phpBB when that setting is off on your host.
PHP setting allow_url_fopen is enabled:
Optional - This setting is optional, however certain phpBB functions like off-site avatars will not work properly without it.

Even uploading avatars? I remember there is a way to override the variable and it was working before. I might contact my host to see what the problem is.

That also doesn't explain what the poll option issue is either.

Depending on host, you can sometimes override the setting with a custom php.ini.

Can you provide more information, perhaps an example?

Well and i have the php.ini file with the override in it and I always have but it seems it maybe stopped working? I will contact them about it.

For the poll issue, (Just note I do have a mod installed for a poll feature but that does not seem to be the issue here.) when I make a poll and make the two options and fill the poll out correctly and hit submit. It will redirect me back to making that topic and display an error saying I need to have at least two poll options. It does this even if I have two options entered.

EDIT: I now have allow_url_fopen enabled and it is still not working. I had a feeling it was more of a phpBB3 issue than php and now I know that is the case. I figured this since I was able to attach any other type of document. It only gives the "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image." error if it is an image.

Just going to bump this since I seem to still have the issues I mentioned before.

When you say you now have allow_url_fopen enabled, you mean when you run ACP -> PHP Information it is showing as on for both?

In your ACP -> General -> Attachment settings -> Image category settings, if you set both Maximum image dimensions: & Image link dimensions: to 0 x 0 do you still get the error?

Well, I think I am going to bump this again since I never really have fixed this issue. All three issues are still present.
